I had stayed with my family on 26th Jan 2018 Room no 305. while check in i have given my original Licence but the receptionist didnt bother to return back . A man with linen shirt was standing outside near car parking entrance he was so rough . I had big aruguement with him in car parking and i taught him how to respectfully talk vth customer . room are ok . after 11 PM no 1 will pick the phone calls

Hotel is centrally locates and have connectivity with important locations with adequate car park facility . Rooms are neat and size also larger. Service is good , it is okay for business stay. Improvement required in aesthetics of the room and furnishing .

We reached tat place in midnight but then too there was a good welcome and all the amenities was so good. During tat midnight they provided the things which we need.Good and enjoyable moments in singsaral. Waiting for the next trip to Salem with my hubby.

It is located in the prime area and easily accessible. Rooms are spacious & interior is good. Room Service needs to be improved a lot. Wifi is available. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast. Stayed in this hotel for two days. Overall, the stay was good. Hope the hotel improves quality of service offered.

I stayed on the night of 16th Sept 2016 at Room #107. The room was big, roughly 12x20 feet and the bed was good to have a nice sleep. Except that nothing is good there. The corridors stink with alcohol and smoke smell during the night, they do room freshner in the morning though. You will notice at least a couple of liquor bottles lying helplessly in the corridor during the nights. The cable TV connection is pathetic. Although they claim wifi access, nobody gave me the wifi password. The toilet was bad with stains all over. The shower was pouring like a tap. Hot water is available only after 6.30am. The tap near the wash basin was like a fire hose and it was impossible to use without spraying water all over. The A/C was running like a tractor, but after 30 mins, the sound reduced for me to sleep after. The drawer in the dressing table was stuck. They didn't give me towel, soap or shampoo on the morning of 17th. But it seems, while cleaning the room, they had supplied the toiletries, which i couldn't use anyway. Overall, my experience there was very bad and I don't want to go there again.
